Object and Validity

The Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by you and the provider of the Game Service (hereinafter referred to as "we"), and this Agreement has contractual effect.

Use of the Game Service is subject to the following terms and conditions in effect at the time of registration or subscription, and your acknowledgement of such terms may cause you to be moved, inconvenienced, or damaged in certain circumstances, so please be sure to read the foregoing before confirming your agreement to this Agreement or before using the Game Service. The content of the agreement between you and us based on these terms and conditions, as well as specific information provided as part of registration and through registration for a paid subscription, which will be kept by us and can be used at any time in your user account.

You are not entitled to use the Game Services unless you have read and accepted all of the terms of the Agreement. When you install, use, register or otherwise access our Services, or click to agree to the Privacy Policy, you shall be deemed to have read and understood all the contents of the Agreement in detail and agree to abide by its provisions. Therefore, please make sure that you read this Agreement carefully and completely before clicking on the action. You accept the validity and applicability of these terms and conditions by registering and/or purchasing a paid subscription, as the case may be.

If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.

Developer and User agree, understand and abide by this Agreement, and these terms apply and are binding not only to the Game Services, but also to other related services involving similar and related circumstances of Developer.

Definitions

Unless otherwise specified, the following terms in this Agreement are defined as follows.

1. This/the Agreement: means the body of this Agreement, the Game Rules, the Privacy Policy, the policy agreements related to minor users such as the User Guide and the Warning Statement, and the modified versions of the above documents. Once the above contents are officially announced, they are an inseparable part of this agreement.

2. Game rules: refers to the user rules, player rules, game announcements and notices about the game issued and revised by the game service provider on a regular basis.

3. Game Service Provider: Also referred to as "we" in this Agreement, refers to the person or company that provides the Game and its services for you.

4. Games: the general term for the games operated by the Game Service Provider, including games in the form of computer games, web games, mobile games, etc.; the games may be provided in the form of software, in which case, the games also include related software and related files.

5. game services: refers to all kinds of network operation services related to the games provided for you, including but not limited to community services related to the games.

6. Game Components: Please refer to the content and information contained in the Game, such as text, images, audio, video, icons, interface design, layout framework, related data or electronic documents.

7. You: also known as "Player" or "User", means a natural person who has the right to use the provided products and services.

8. Game data: refers to various data recorded by the server during the use of the game, including but not limited to game logs, security logs, etc.

9. Illegal top-up: refers to the top-up through any top-up channel other than Apple App Store payment channel.

10. Virtual items: including but not limited to virtual currency, items, equipment, materials, etc. in the game.

11. User Information: relates to information registered in your real name registration system, game data in your game account and other information and data provided by you during the use of the game services or information that needs to be collected based on such considerations for security and user experience optimization.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service offered by the Services ("Purchases"), you may be asked to provide certain information in connection with your purchase, including, but not limited to, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card.

You represent and warrant that (i) you have the right to use any credit card or other payment method in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you provide to us is true, correct and complete.

The Service may use third party services to facilitate payments and complete purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For services or goods purchased by you through this site or linked sites, the transaction exists solely between you and the provider of the goods or services and is not between us. However, we do not assume any legal responsibility between you and the provider of the goods or services arising therefrom.

You agree and understand that if you use third party payment in the game, you should carefully read and accept the third party privacy policy and user agreement, and accept the third party payment's risk assessment of the account, network environment, etc. If you believe that these operations are harmful to you, please apply them with caution. If you insist on using them, you should be aware of and bear all the consequences caused by them.

Availability, errors and inaccuracies

We continually update the products and services on the Services, and the information found on the Services may contain errors or inaccuracies, but we do not guarantee that the information on the Services is complete and up-to-date. Sometimes products or services may be mispriced, inaccurately described or unavailable on the Services, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Services.

You should also fully understand and agree that your use of the Game Service involves Internet services that may be affected by instability in various aspects of the Internet. Therefore, the game service is subject to the risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, virus or hacker attack, system instability, user positioning, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, or communication line reasons.

In view of this, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the game services provided will always meet your requirements or that the game services provided will not be interrupted, and the timeliness and security of the game services, the occurrence of errors and the ability of information to be delivered accurately, timely and smoothly will not be guaranteed.

Therefore, we reserve the right to change or update information and correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time and without notice. We also reserve the right to upgrade, modify, add, delete, amend, or change game features or rules.

You will be notified of any changes to this Agreement by means of a pop-up window. The Terms of Service will effectively replace the original terms once they are published without further notice to the user. If you do not agree with the changes of the TOS, you should stop using or actively cancel the relevant services, otherwise any login, viewing and other actions of the relevant services will be regarded as your understanding and acceptance of the changes of the TOS and the relevant modified terms.

Account Registration

1. Acquisition of Game Account

(1) If you need to use and enjoy the Game and the Game Services, you must fully agree to the terms of this Agreement. When you create an account with us, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up-to-date at all times, and that inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Services.

Some area users commit to register with their true identity, including but not limited to real name authentication as required by the game, and agree to submit the completed information to a third party for verification, and to ensure that the information and information provided is true, complete and valid. Registration itself is free (free account) and will not allow you to sign up for a paid subscription. By registering, you will enter into an agreement with us for unlimited free use of the Game Services.

You understand and agree that if you fail to fulfill the above obligations, we have the right to refuse to provide you with all or part of the service, and the adverse consequences and any legal liability arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

(2) If you refuse to provide the corresponding materials and information as required, or the materials and information provided do not meet the requirements, we have the right to refuse to provide the relevant services or assume any obligations. If there is any change in the materials and information provided by you, you should update it in time and we will provide the service in time. If you cannot prove your valid identity because the game account information has changed but not modified in time, we have the right to refuse to provide any information or assume any obligation.

(3) You only have the right to use the game account you created, including withdrawing and deleting the game account. However, you shall be deemed to know and agree that you are responsible for problems caused by game experience or data synchronization failure or game update failure, etc.

(4) You fully understand and agree that we have the right to audit the authenticity and validity of the identity information provided by you when registering and to take reasonable measures to ensure the security and validity of your game account through technology and management. Your real name registration information will be used in the anti-addiction system in accordance with the relevant requirements, i.e. the information can be used to determine whether you are over 18 years old and thus decide whether to impose anti-addiction restrictions on your game account.

(5) If you use other people's information to register, log in to our games or make third-party payments, you will be responsible for all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. If we find that the account information or account information you use belongs to others, we have the right to refuse to provide you with any business. If you find that your identity data and information are used to register our games or used without your legal authorization, please contact us promptly.

(6) We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Use and Maintenance of User Accounts

(1) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to limiting access to your device and/or account, and using your game account and password correctly and securely. You register your Game Account under this Agreement for your personal entertainment or consumer purposes only, have rights and obligations under the law with respect to the Game Account you hold after logging in, and you agree to be responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, regardless of whether your password is for use of our Services or third party services. You may not share your game account with third parties, transfer your game account to others, request game upgrades, etc.. If you fail to keep your account and password properly, or fail to use your account and password correctly and securely, any legal liability arising from the loss or theft of your account and password and the violation of your and others' civil rights shall be borne by you.

(2) You must notify us immediately upon learning that your account or password has been used illegally, stolen or in an unusual manner, or upon discovering any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, and you have the right to notify us of measures to suspend the login and use of that game account.

(3) If we need to take measures to suspend the login and use of your user account based on your notification, we have the right to ask you to provide and verify a valid personal identification with the same identity information you have registered. If it is proven that the valid personal identification provided by you is the same as the registered identity information, we will take prompt action to suspend the login and use of the user account. If you do not provide valid personal identification or the valid personal identification you provide is not consistent with the registered identity information, we have the right to refuse your request to suspend the login and use of the game account, and you will be responsible for any losses caused as a result.

(4) You shall fully understand and agree that in order to improve the security level of the game service, we have the right to apply relevant technology or software to the game, but we do not guarantee that these security measures can completely prevent the risk of theft or loss of the game account.

(5) You shall fully understand and agree that if the use of your game account is restricted, frozen or terminated according to the relevant business rules, it may lead to the deletion of the game data and related information under your game account, and the related rights and interests arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and we shall not be responsible for it.

(6) You should fully understand and agree that we send you product promotion, game service or other related business information by SMS or other means. If you want to stop receiving push messages, you can contact us through the contact information published on the official website to inform us of the cancellation request, and the developer will verify and cancel the push.

(7) You shall fully understand and agree that in order to effectively use the server resources, we have the right to notify, delete or dispose of the game account and related game data and information in advance when necessary and without your use. A game account can be logged into the game for a long time. The above disposal may lead to the loss of relevant rights and interests under the game account, for which we do not assume any responsibility.

(8) If you provide valid personal identification information consistent with the registered identity information to protect your legitimate rights and interests, we agree to provide you with assistance and support including account registrant proof, original registration information, etc. upon your request. administrative and judicial organs, and provide relevant evidence and materials to relevant departments as needed.

User behavior

1. You shall fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all your actions under your game account, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You shall judge the game content by yourself and bear all risks arising from the use of the game services, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the game content. The Game cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by such risks.

2. Except for using the game services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, you shall not engage in any acts that infringe the intellectual property rights related to the game and the game components, or conduct other acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

3. Except as permitted by the relevant laws or as permitted in writing, you shall not, when using the Game Services, do anything including, but not limited to, the following.

(1) Removing all copyrighted information and content from the Game and other copies.

(2) Reverse engineering, reverse compiling, reverse decoding or attempting to find the source code of the software and using or disclosing such source code to any third party.

(3) Scanning, probing, and testing the game software to detect, find, and search for possible bugs (also known as vulnerabilities, defects, etc.) or weaknesses.

(4) Copy, modify, add, delete, hook up or create any derivative works software of the game software terminal memory or data released during the operation of the game software, the interaction data between the client and the server during the operation, and the system data required for the operation of the software, including but not limited to using plug-ins, plug-ins or third party tools/services that are not legally authorized to access the software and related systems;

(5) Modify or falsify instructions and data in the operation of the Software; add, delete, change the functionality or operational effects of the Software; or operate or distribute to the public the Software and methods used for such purposes, whether or not the foregoing is done for commercial purposes.

(6) using the game and game services through non-developed, unauthorized third-party software, plug-ins, ins, and systems, or producing, distributing, or disseminating non-developed, unauthorized third-party software, plug-ins, ins, plug-ins, and systems

(7) using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reproducing, compiling, publishing, posting, establishing mirror sites or intercepting web (network) snapshots of the content with intellectual property rights in the game; or providing the same or similar services as the game services to others by setting up servers.

(8) to separate any part of the Game for separate use or for other purposes that are not in accordance with this Agreement.

(9) Use the name, trademark or other intellectual property rights of the Game in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.

(10) Other actions that are not expressly authorized.

4. If you have the following behaviors in the process of using the game service, you will be temporarily or permanently banned from logging in and your game account and game data and related information will be deleted, depending on the severity of the case, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the relevant game rules. In serious cases, legal responsibility will be pursued for.

(1) Using the game and services to publish, disseminate, spread, store content that endangers national security, national unity, social stability, or insult and defame, pornography, violence, cause riots, violate the morality of the content of social order, and any content that violates laws, regulations and policies; or set screen names, character names, etc. that contain the above content.

(2) Using the game and services to publish, disseminate, transmit, or store content that violates the legal rights of others such as intellectual property rights, trade secret rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, etc.

(3) Performing any acts that endanger network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; unauthorized access to public networks or other people's terminal systems, deleting, modifying, adding stored information; unauthorized attempts to detect, scan and test weaknesses of "software" systems or networks or Other acts that undermine network security; attempts to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the "software" system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses; other acts that interfere with or disrupt normal network information services; and falsifying (part of) the names of data packets.

(4) Active or passive scoring, cooperative cheating, use of plug-ins or other cheating software, use of bugs (also known as "loopholes" or "defects", etc.) to obtain improper or illegal benefits, or making plug-ins, cheating software, or bugs available to the public through the Internet, etc. or bugs.

(5) Use the game for any commercial activities, such as advertising, selling products, or any illegal acts against interests, such as selling game accounts, selling virtual goods or information in the game, illegal top-ups, hiring others to provide information, etc. Once found, we have the right to suspend the user account, the right to determine the time limit of suspension according to the degree of impact caused, and the right to restore and delete all your abnormally obtained data.

(6) Impersonating game service administrators or game forum administrators or moderators to release any fraudulent or false information.

(7) All kinds of illegal plug-in behavior.

(8) Stealing other people's game accounts and game props.

(9) Private trading of game accounts, private trading of game props, game equipment, game coins, etc.

(10) Taking advantage of possible technical defects or loopholes in the online game system to gain benefits for oneself and others in various forms.

(11) Using all or part of the data and information generated in the course of various paid or free games provided and stored in the game to seek benefits for oneself and others in various forms.

(12) To make public the contents of plug-ins, self-service, proxy, coin exchange, Trojan horses, etc., or to publicly disseminate the above contents.

(13) Unauthorized use of the products and services provided for profit in reality, and other misconduct generally recognized in the industry, whether or not it is explicitly listed in this Agreement.

5. Except for use as provided in this Agreement, you may not do any of the following without permission, and if you need to perform them, please contact us and enter into an electronic or paper agreement with us upon request.

(1) Modify, copy, distribute, rent, publish, translate, compile, adapt and/or reproduce the Game or its various derivative works, or make them publicly available via the Internet or otherwise.

(2) Production, wholesale, sale, publication and/or distribution of derivative works of game adaptations.

(3) Providing services such as testing, bug (also known as "bugs" or "defects") and plug-in tracking reports, advertising article writing and promotion, and game competitive intelligence gathering.

(4) Use of game names, trademarks, etc.

(5) Performing other acts related to the game services other than the above mentioned acts that require the developer's consent.

6. If the user violates this agreement or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to take one or more of the following measures.

(1) Immediately disconnect the network connection between the terminal currently used and the application server, and you must log in again to continue using the application.

(2) Temporarily prohibit you from logging into the online game with the account you are currently using.

(3) Temporarily prohibit you from using a feature of the application that requires payment until the date you pay the fees owed, and pay the corresponding fees in advance for the continued use of said paid feature.

(4) Reduce or remove points, levels and/or honors from your account that you are currently using in the Application.

(5) Temporarily prohibit you from posting any comments in the online game under the account you are currently using.

(6) Permanently and irrevocably delete any advertisements, false information or illegal statements posted by you or take other measures to prevent their dissemination.

(7) Permanently and irrevocably delete game props such as virtual currency, game props and/or game equipment that you have obtained illegally, or return them to other users who have obtained the right to use them through legal means.

(8) Permanently and irrevocably cancel or remove your illegally obtained points, achievements and/or honors.

(9) Permanently and irrevocably prohibit you from posting any comments in the application using the account you are currently using.

(10) Permanently and irrevocably delete all game props, game equipment, game coins, points, ranks, honors and other information and corresponding game data under your current account.

(11) Permanently and irrevocably prohibit you from logging into the application with the account you are currently using, and delete and erase all data, game coins, items, equipment and other information generated by this account in the application.

(12) To take measures other than those mentioned above.

We may take one or more of the aforementioned measures continuously, intermittently or alternately.

If the same user has any account or role that violates this Agreement and other related regulations, we have the right to sanction all accounts and roles under that user, including but not limited to suspending, terminating, and deleting all accounts and users under that user.

Subscription Instructions

In order to be able to fully enjoy the game services, you may be offered additional services in the form of a paid subscription ("subscription access") after registration. These can be purchased for different and variable periods of time, which you will see in the order options.

Our subscriptions are paid subscriptions and you will have access to the corresponding services for as long as your subscription is active.

You can sign up for a paid subscription through in-app purchases. To do so, you must select the desired option on the subscription screen of the application and a pop-up window will appear in which you must enter your device password. Once this is done, the payment will be immediately transferred to your account.

Cancellation Policy

If you are a consumer (i.e., the purpose of completing a lawful transaction is not primarily for the purpose of its business activity or independent professional activity), you are entitled to a legal right of withdrawal upon execution of a remote sales agreement and, in the case of in-app purchases, the right to opt out of the appropriate operator of the App Store, i.e., Apple.

The free use agreement begins at the time of your registration and runs indefinitely, and you may cancel the free use agreement at any time. To do so, you can delete your account in the "Settings" menu item via our game service.

Paid subscription access will run at least for the period you initially selected, and if it is not cancelled within 24 hours after the end of this period, it will be automatically renewed and the subscription period will be extended according to the currently used subscription model.

You can cancel the paid subscription done through our web application in the "Settings" menu item of the game service. To do so, you have to log in, open Settings in the context menu and click on "Cancel subscription".

Subscription access cancellation takes effect the day after the last day of your current subscription period and you will be downgraded to a free subscription agreement (free account). However, once you renew your subscription again, you will be able to access your old status and reading list. If you want to delete your entire account, you can do so from the settings in your account settings. All data will be irrevocably deleted.

The right to block and cancel for valid and important reasons is not affected by the provisions of the previous paragraph.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. We enjoy the intellectual property rights of the game itself and the game components (including but not limited to all elements of UI design, software code, text, software, sound, pictures, etc. provided in our game) and all related proprietary rights, except for the rights of third party rights holders in accordance with legal provisions or other agreements. You may not use the Games for commercial purposes in any way without the prior written consent of the Game Service Provider.

2. You have the right to delete the game data under the device when using the game service. However, the ownership and intellectual property rights of the game data such as account data information, character data information, level, ranking data and virtual item data information generated by you in using the game service belong to us and are managed by us, and we have the right to display the player's game data in the game and exercise the right to the game data.

3. This Agreement shall not be deemed to license or transfer to you any rights or benefits related to the Game and Game Components.

4. You shall use the intellectual property rights enjoyed by third parties to which the Game and Game Components may relate in the manner agreed to in this Agreement, and if such third parties have other requirements for your use of such intellectual property rights in the Game based on this Agreement, we will inform you of such requirements in an appropriate manner, and you shall comply with them. If you violate the intellectual property rights of any third party due to your violation of this Agreement or other unilateral reasons, you will be responsible for and will compensate for the damages caused.

We respect intellectual property rights and are concerned with protecting the rights of our users. In the game service, you may need to provide us with content by uploading, posting and other means. In such cases, you retain full intellectual property rights in such content. You hereby expressly agree that we and our affiliates have the right to use, distribute, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Game Services we provide. 6.

Our Services may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the content of their promotions and leave their truthfulness to your own judgment. With respect to services or goods purchased by you through the Site or linked sites, the transaction exists solely between you and the provider of the goods or services, and not between us. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on the content, goods or services of any such third party web site or service.

We strongly recommend that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third party website or service that you visit.

Use of the Game Services may require the download and installation of related software. You may obtain this software directly from the relevant website or from an authorized third party. If you obtain the game or a game of the same name from an unauthorized third party, you will be deemed to be unauthorized and there is no guarantee that the game will work properly, and we will not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

You have no right to obtain game accounts, game props, game equipment, game coins, etc. from any third party by purchasing or accepting gifts, etc. We do not assume any responsibility for third party transactions and do not accept any appeals from disputes arising from third party transactions.

Game Services

1. You may use the Games and Game Services for non-commercial purposes only by.

(1) receiving, downloading, installing, launching, upgrading, logging in, displaying, running and/or taking screenshots of the Game.

(2) creating game characters, setting screen names, viewing game rules, user personal information, game match results, setting game parameters, using chat and social sharing features, purchasing, using, giving away virtual items through legal channels in the game, etc.;

(3) use one or more other features supported and permitted by the Game.

Any other form of unauthorized installation, use, access, display, operation and transfer by you will be considered a violation of this Agreement. 2.

2. You may not record and distribute the game content to others in any way, including using any third party software for network distribution, without permission.

3. For the provided software, you shall also comply with the provisions of this Agreement regarding the download and installation of the software when using the games and services.

4. If we find or receive reports or complaints from others that you have violated this Agreement, we have the right to remove the relevant content at any time without notice and impose penalties depending on the behavior, including but not limited to warning, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the functions, prohibiting or even canceling the game account, and the results will be notified.

5. You fully understand and agree that we have the right to impose penalties for violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, to take appropriate legal action against any user who violates laws and regulations, and to keep relevant information as evidence, etc. All legal responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.

6. You shall fully understand and agree that any claims, demands or losses made by third parties as a result of your violation of the provisions of this Agreement or the relevant terms of service shall be borne by you alone, and any losses resulting therefrom shall be borne by you. The game service provider who suffers loss accordingly shall be entitled to hold you liable for compensation.

7. You shall fully understand and agree that Virtual Items are part of the Game Services and hereby allow you to obtain the right to use them in accordance with this Agreement. Your purchase and use of Virtual Items shall be in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and the specific rules of the Game; at the same time, Virtual Items may be subject to a certain expiration date. If you do not use the Virtual Items within the specified expiration date, they will automatically expire upon expiration, except for force majeure or imputable reasons.

8. You should fully understand and agree that in order to create a fair and healthy game environment, we have the right to understand your relevant terminal equipment information through technical means in the process of using the game service. Once we find any unauthorized program that endangers the normal operation of the game service, we will collect all relevant information and take reasonable measures.

9. You shall fully understand and agree that you shall pay the corresponding fees on demand when you use the paid functions of the game. Moreover, these rights are commercial autonomy, which means that we reserve the right to change the business model at any time, i.e. the right to change the fee rate, the fee software function, the fee object and the fee time. We also reserve the right to upgrade, modify, add, delete, modify, change game features or rules. If you do not accept such changes, you should immediately stop using the game service; your continued use of the game service is deemed to be your acceptance of the changed business model.

10. You shall fully understand and agree that we have the right to periodically transfer or erase part of the past game data stored on the game server in order to ensure the game speed for you and other users.

11. You shall fully understand and agree that there is a risk of anonymous or false information about threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content or behavior from others or infringement of others' rights (including intellectual property rights) when using the Game Services, and that the above risk is borne by you. we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the game services, including all related information regarding implied warranties and conditions of authenticity, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages arising out of your improper or unlawful use of the Service.

12. You should fully understand and pay attention to the following.

(1) The Game Software may be updated periodically by releasing software upgrade packages or software patches, online upgrades, etc. During the update process, personal information such as your game client software version may be retrieved and collected, and will be automatically replaced, modified, deleted and/or supplemented. Such actions are necessary operations or steps for software updates. If you do not agree to such actions, please do not update; your use of the update is deemed to be your agreement to such actions.

(2) For games, partial updates are updates to the software version. If you do not perform such updates, you will not be able to log in to the game. Moreover, such an update will cause the original software version on the terminal you are using to be completely replaced by the new software version.

(3) Measures taken as a result of the user's violation of this Agreement or laws and regulations may lead to the expiration of the virtual items under your current game account, the life of which is limited to the duration of taking certain measures, and the consequences resulting from the loss are borne by you. In other words, the duration of the above measures will be counted as the life of the virtual items; and the life of the virtual items will not be restored accordingly after the termination of the implementation of these measures.

13. Customer service instructions for game rules, bug (also known as loopholes, defects, etc.) or plugin complaints, game prop retrieval, game prop locking or unlocking, account complaints, etc. can be provided through the official application website, customer service phone, game administrator or other channels, and should have the following conditions.

(1) You have understood the content, requirements and tariffs of these customer services through the official customer service website or other channels provided, carefully selected whether you need to enjoy the corresponding customer services, and truly and accurately expressed your needs.

(2) You have agreed to and accepted the special agreement or terms regarding such customer service.

As part of the game rules, user guidelines and warning instructions are also published in appropriate places, including introduction to the game content, proper use of the game, and ways to prevent harm. All minor users should read and follow these guidelines and instructions carefully under the guidance of their legal guardians; other players should avoid posting or generating any content that is harmful to the physical and mental health of minors when using the game services and work together to create a healthy game environment.

Account Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, immediately terminate or suspend your account and disable access to the Services without notice or liability for any reason and without limitation, including, but not limited to, breach of this Agreement.

2. in no event shall we be liable for any damages suffered by you in connection with your use of the games and game services due to force majeure. Such force majeure events include, but are not limited to, national laws, regulations, policies, orders of state authorities, or other unpredictable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events, such as earthquakes, fires, snowstorms, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, etc.

5. When you use the game service, you should abide by the relevant local laws and regulations and respect the local moral and ethical customs. If your behavior violates local laws, regulations or moral customs, you shall independently bear full responsibility for it.

You should avoid being involved in political and public events as a result of using the game service, otherwise we have the right to suspend or terminate your service.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations (excluding conflict of laws) of the location of the game service provider, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to the performance of this Agreement, the parties shall first negotiate amicably to resolve the matter. If negotiations fail, you and the Game Service Provider agree that all matters relating to this Agreement, including all disputes, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Game Service Provider.
